Close to Béziers there are several beaches to chose between within 30 minutes drive like:

During the summer it is also popular to swim in the several lakes and rivers.

Golf De Lamalou-Les-Bains 9 holes, 15 minutes drive

Golf Saint-Thomas-Beziers 18 holes, 30 minutes drive

Golf Du Cap D'Agde 18 holes, 45 minutes drive

BOULE OR PÉTANQUE is frequently played in the area. In the centre of Laurens there is a park called Parc de la Source where different groups are playing rather often. 

MOUNTAIN BIKING is very popular in the region Languedoc-Roussillon. Close to Laurens you can find several trails to follow.

HIKING can start in the very  centre of the village. There are signs to follow which lead to the outskirts of Laurens.

As Laurens is very close to a Natural Park you have many possibilities to find trails that will suite you.

You can also take a walk in the wine fields surrounding the village.

WINE tasting is possible in many wineries in the region. There are 7 winemakers only in Laurens. Just outside the village is a beautiful castle called Château de Grézan where you can taste different kinds of  good wine.
